About the Role
As a Manager, Results & Transformation, you will be responsible for managing client relationships at the project level, leading implementation teams, and ensuring Mensana delivers on its commitments. Acting as a bridge between client leadership and project delivery, you will coach Consultants and Senior Consultants, build trust with client stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
Please note: This is not a software or IT consulting/implementation role. This position focuses on aligning and transforming organizations to a company’s growth and/or operations strategy to achieve measurable financial results, rather than technology solutions or system deployment.

You will
- Lead day-to-day client relationships and serve as on-site project lead
- Design project approaches, schedules, and management systems
- Prepare presentations, documentation, and performance updates linking operational improvements to financial results
- Coach and mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Train client managers and leadership teams on Mensana methodology
- Build strong client relationships at all levels
- Contribute to business development through assessments and identifying opportunities for additional work
- Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety, Mensana governance, and quality standards
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s an asset)
- Minimum 3 years of consulting, transformation, or performance improvement experience (5+ for senior roles)
- Demonstrated experience leading on-site client projects with measurable results
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills
- Skilled communicator with experience developing presentations and facilitating workshops
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio)
- Valid passport and ability to travel 100% across North America (TN Visa eligible under USMCA)
- Access to a reliable vehicle for local travel and a valid driver’s license
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish or French
- Experience mentoring teams or contributing to business development opportunities

1. A 15 - 20-minute phone screen with a member of our HR team
2. A virtual 60-minute technical interview with a Principal
3. Predictive Index cognitive and behavioural assessments
4. An in-person final interview, consisting of:
- 35-minute logical thinking exercise
- 30-minute case study
- Discussion with a Managing Partner

Compensation
$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
